My friend brought me a big bag of Cubed Kim chi. I have it in the fridge now in the bag. What's the best way to store it for long term? It'll take us a while to finish it so can I freeze half of it?
What's a good recipe? Thanks!
ETA: the sell by date is 4/8/14. Do I have to eat it all by then?
I like it best fresh anyway...
And man does the kitchen reek right now. So I doubt it would last much longer than the date.
