If you're not getting rid of the infant seat, you could use it with strollers still. Of course, that might not be fun if she hates it. For a tiny baby, look for something either with a bassinet attachment or that can recline all the way and face you. Another option is to give up strollers until she's bigger and baby wear until then. That's what we did, my LO also hates the car seat.

I absolutely love our Bumbleride Indie, which reclines for newborns. We've been using it since my kid was a week old. (It does have an optional carseat adaptor bar, but we use it infrequently).

As a bonus, the Indie is a jogging stroller. Personally, I like it considerably more than the BOB, both in handling and in appearance. To be fair, though, I will only use it for light jogging. I hear that BOBs are better if you are putting in a ton of mileage.
