No question in my mind. BOB. We've put many miles on it and love the BOB!

That was the same predicament as me!! I didn't want to pay $300+ for a jogging stroller, but needed something I could use day-to-day.

I got the Jeep Liberty Urban Terrain and I could not be happier!! I've run with it, and it's quite smooth. The wheel locks. It is really heavy duty - I can go up hills, dirt, grass etc. Also, it works with nearly any carseat which is a huge plus! We got the Safety 1st OnBoard 35 McKenna and I love the two together.

It also nearly fully reclines. One downside is that it's pretty heavy

I'm sure some of the other jeep strollers would be similar.

I am a runner (at least was pre-pregnancy and CAN'T WAIT to be again after LO is born) and I have lots of runner friends, both distance and average length runners, who swear by the BOB. It's what we're getting for sure

@coacheswife123: The cheapest I've seen them is on amazon actually! They're MUCH cheaper there than in any store. And I've been shopping around for awhile

@Coco Bee: Hmmmm interesting! The one that I want is $399 regular price at REI so with the 20% off it would be under $320. On amazon it's $321. Every couple of dollars counts haha! Plus I'm not patient so if I didn't have to wait for shipping...bonus!

I got a BOB after a lot of hemming and hawing and the lovely ladies here helped convince me that it was worth it! We love it. I use it mostly for walking but have run a little and it has been smooth. We don't really use it for errands b/c LO is now big enough to sit in the shopping cart but I wanted to say that it folds easily enough into the trunk of our little civic, so it is workable for on the go.

We've registered for a Joovy Zoom 360. It's not one I've heard about much on the blogs, so I thought I'd mention it in case you'd like to look at a different option. It's significantly cheaper than BOB (joggers are so expensive!!) and it gets really good reviews. Unfortunately I don't have any personal experience with it yet!

@coacheswife123: what year is the stroller? There was a recall on the BOB recently and you probably have to be the original owner to get whatever was wrong fixed.
