Crop tops? My mid-section is the last place I want to show off. Ha!

I still haven't jumped on the bootie wagon yet and it's gonna be too cold to soon haha (at least to do the show a little skin way).

I also could not pull off the soft pants look; looked like I was in sweats/PJs no matter what I wear them with!

Everything? I'm not much of a trendy person. I wish I could wrangle a bad ass top bun. But, no, sadly.

can't wear certain colors, like yellow or magenta. they make me look so pale. my mil has these skinny, pointy shoes in bright colors and i feel like i would look weird in them while she looks awesome. strapless dresses make my shoulders look boxy and my boobs look weird.

@rachiecakes: How do you style the chambray dress? I'd do a scarf, tights and boots. If it's cold, maybe a boyfriend sweater with it. Kind of like a mashup of these 2:

@rachiecakes: I was just going to ask the same question - how do you accessorize? For me, it's all about the belt (like a calf hair animal print belt, studded/perforated belt, etc.). If it's a dress, whatever belt you wear can add pattern/texture and pull in the color of your boots/shoes (or even hat). For shirts, adding visual interest through jewelry is great because it doesn't add to the bulk of the shirt and overwhelm your frame.

Strapless dresses. I can't put my finger on what it is. I'm small-busted, but I know plenty of women with that feature who look awesome in strapless dresses. Something about the dimensions of my chest make strapless dresses look terrible! Of course both of the weddings I was in in the last couple years the bridesmaids dresses were strapless.

I struggle to find the right knee high boots. I am really tall and my legs make up most of it, I think they are a record or something, so some knee high boots come up about half my leg! Also, I feel like if they are tight I look like Peter Pan, and if they are loose they look gigantic. I just think some styles are better suited for petite people, like skinny jeans in general, but it is possible I just haven't found the right boots. I have a lot of them though...

Booties and crop top

Short boots. I am really short and have "athletic" calves, so most short boots come up too high and make me look really stumpy.

@rachiecakes: Maybe you need a style that has some stretch in it, so it looks a little less "workshirt."

I don't think I could pull off mermaid hair.

@rachiecakes: I have a couple pair but skinny jeans definitely aren't my go-to or favorite. By the time I catch up & get comfortable w/the bootie trend, they'll probably be long over with!

@Synchronicity: I'm glad I'm not the only one who doesn't look good with tucked in shirts...I just doesn't look right on me.

Wait, crop tops are a thing now? I saw two people just yesterday wearing short tops and I thought it was a rather unfortunate coincidence. Let just say, it wasn't becoming on them.

@PawPrints: Yes, unfortunately they are in style. I don't know anyone who looks good in one. Last lady's night out I went to with friends one of our friends wore one - she's had 3 kids and is 27 years old. It just looked like she was trying too hard.

I don't really think anyone past 20 can really, truly pull one off.
