OK, so this is totally random, but wondering what other parents have done. We have moved DD to a RF convertible car seat (from her infant car seat, that had a canopy) in our sedan, as it takes up less room. She is 5 months old and we were planning on avoiding sunscreen until 6 months. However, when we are headed in just the right direction, at just the right time, the sun is totally beating on her. Today I rigged up 2 A&A blankets so that she was in a little tent, but that probably won't fly when she is awake.

The sun is totally in her eyes so she is squinting and I am afraid she will get burnt. We don't have this problem in our truck or SUV because of the proximity and angles of the back window.

Has anyone used those self-stick shade type things on the back window that are normally put on the side windows? Other solutions?
