M is 2 weeks old and her feet are SO dry, the skin is flaking off. I've been using a little aveeno baby lotion but it's not working. Any recs for dealing with this?

Thea's hands and feet were peeling for about a week. I put lanolin on the spots that were red, but otherwise left it alone and it's totally gone now. I read that it is just normal adjustment to life outside of fluid.

My baby has dry feet too! I'm just going to leave it alone because her Dr said her skin should regulate in a couple of weeks.

We had the same problem! The nurses told us to put a little vaseline on. Once i got home, I used some baby body oil
