I want to give breast milk to LO until she is one, but these next few months are going to be tough!

She's going through another bout of refusing to nurse so I'm pumping around the clock. It is so hard! I can't imagine being an EP for the next several months. I really hope she will latch again! I'm going to try offering more frequently in hopes that she will be interested again soon.

Plus, now that she is older (almost 8 months) and so much more "grown up" I don't feel the pull to give her breastmilk as much anymore because she is already growing and thriving and happy. Whereas in the early days, she was so fragile and small and that really helped me continue breastfeeding.

Anyone else struggling with breastfeeding the older baby? Chime in!
