So, C will be 10 months on Sunday. She's never gone through a sleep regression before, 4 and 6 breezed straight by us. She is a very good sleeper normally and she needs a lot of sleep to function. Her normal schedule includes night sleep from 6:30-8/8:30 and 2 naps, normally 1.5-2 hours long.

She's killing me with this crap. We traveled back to visit family at the beginning of December (6 hour time difference) when she was 8 months old and I think that jump-started all this. It's more than just jet-lag at this point. We've been back home for 3 weeks now and it shows no signs of letting up and has gotten WORSE since we got home.

She is refusing her 2nd nap. She will only take it after a lengthy period of fighting and it's not restful, she wakes up on and off crying for a minute or two during. Night sleep is the same. She fights going to sleep at night, something she has NEVER done. Last night was the worst yet. She refused to go to sleep for an hour and a half until I fed her again and then she was up briefly (crying) at midnight and again (not crying, just fussing) for a longer period at 3am. She's also waking up earlier some mornings. She is regularly waking at 3-4am and staying awake in her crib for an hour or more. On average she is getting 3-6 less hours of sleep per day than normal.

She's a hot mess from being tired. She's cranky, whiny, clingy, she's decided she hates the car seat and cries every time I put her in it. She's the opposite of my sweet, laid-back, independent girl right now and it's driving me batty. She has started and mastered crawling and pulling up and started cruising all in the last month and I know that has a lot to do with it.

I'm not sure what to do. Do I just keep to the normal routine as much as possible? Do I try to "sleep train" her? Do I try to readjust her sleep schedule? Please, sweet jesus, tell me this will end soon.

ETA: We are also, very likely, working on teeth #5 and #6 right now also.
