I've been eating this caramel flavored stoneyfield Greek yogurt lately-- it's fat free and has tons of protein though still has sugar. But super yummy and better for me than ice cream!

eeee I can totally relate!! here are my go-tos (I'm allergic to most fresh fruits so this is especially tough!)
kettle corn popcorn
regular popcorn freshly popped with a few chocolate chips thrown in (they get all melty and mmm)
fat free greek yogurt (my favorites are vanilla and black cherry... I grudgingly eat it but it's a nice ice cream alternative and I'm always satisfied after it's over)
lowfat pudding cup with fat free whip cream on top
when all else fails, a small piece of super dark chocolate always does it for me!

Cereal usually does the trick for me...I think it's the fact that the milk is sweet to me.
I have a horrible sweet tooth though, I indulge it often.

Homemade caramel topping is easy to make and great over Greek Yogurt or fresh fruit
Homemade banana-based "ice cream": If you freeze ripe bananas and then blend them up with a little splash of milk (any kind - almond, coconut, cow, etc) it is just like a richly flavored banana ice cream. Add in some chopped strawberries, dark chocolate chips and pineapple (don't blend those, just add in and fold "ice cream" to mix) you've got banana split ice cream. Because it's basically just fruit, you save calories over traditional dairy ice cream. You do need to make this a day ahead generally to give it time to freeze, but it is so easy to make and so tasty!
