My LO is 3 months old—she's been napping in her swing. How do you transition them into a crib? What's your routine?

I sure hope someone has an answer to this one. LO is almost 6w and she not only naps in the swing...in the early morning she fusses and will only sleep if I put her in it!
ETA I'm not really looking to transition now, but later on...
