@aprild: I never get to eat shrimp. DH doesn't like seafood and we rarely eat out. I love it though!
@Jackiedavis87: it's SO good. Something about the cherries with the pork is so delicious to me. It's totally a meal that tastes like summer but it was 95 here today so I think it was called for!

Classic TexMex tacos here with a big bowl of fresh guacamole. It totally felt like summer - sundresses, ice cream cones and the water table with 90 degree weather!

Mmm, I wish every day was Taco Tuesday! Well, maybe Taco T-Saturday, cause it's a much better day of the week.

I made ground turkey with carrots, Rotel tomatoes and taco seasoning- does that count? It was yummy with brown rice and tortilla chips.

Yup we had lamb stir fry in soft tacos with fried mushrooms, cheese and lettuce with different t sauces. Whatever was in the fridge hoes into our tacos
