Do you take showers with your little one? What about with your LO of the opposite sex? I've read parents doing this but I haven't yet. I might in the future when my DD is older. I remember taking showers with my mom when I was younger and thought nothing of it. Although I do have an aunt who still took the occasional showers with my teenager cousin (not anymore cus she's married!) I didnt ever take showers with my dad. That might be kinda wierd, unless he was wearing some swim trunks, then I guess it would be okay. What's your experience?

I didn't shower with my parents, and haven't showered with LO yet. Hubby is worried because of the whole slippery baby thing. Plus, I have to have super hot water and that's obviously not ok for babies. But I see nothing wrong with showering with your LO, I'm always changing, peeing, and pooing in front of her anyway.

We take baths with LO. I took showers with my dad..
DH will probably take showers with our LO until she's 4/5 and can shower on her own. -

My dad used to get into the bath with me until I was 5 - I distinctly remember being taught how to use the shower when I was 6. My parents tried teaching me before that but I used to be afraid of the shower spraying so much water on me.

I remember vaguely showering with my dad and mom both (separately) when I was young. I wasn't scarred by it or anything & I'm assuming they were naked when showering.
Usually I would take a bath with my sisters, especially as we got older.
