Hi ladies - I just recently realized there's only so much coloring, meditation, exercise & diet changes I can do to try and control my anxiety and panic attacks. I went to my family doctor earlier this week and came home with a script for a super low dose of prozac, 10mg. I started 4 days ago, and i'm not sure if it's all in my head or not, but i'm already feeling like a calmer version of myself.
Does anyone else have any positive experiences with prozac?
