I need to hurry up and decide! Was going to go with turbo tax, but the negative reviews state that some features don't work, not helpful in areas I need, etc... Scared to purchase the software....
What do you use?

We use turbo tax. It has 5 e-files with the purchase of it, so we all use my parents version. This year they did change some things and it was a bit more difficult for us (but we are in a unique situation with how DH gets paid).

I just used Turbotax online! I didn't purchase the software, just went to their website and used that!

I use Turbotax online. We did have to pay this year since I'm self employed and needed a few extra forms (paid out of pocket for my prenatal/l&d/postnatal care). But it still was not as much as taking it in somewhere & I've always been able to find the answers to my questions.

We've used the H&R Block software the last two years. It's super easy and cheaper than TurboTax. It was only $35 for the deluxe+state version that we needed bc of our investment property, and includes enough filings for hubby's whole family to use too.

I used Turbotax online too. We got a decent refund, so I've got no complaints!

H&R Block online- its pretty easy- but was way more expensive this year than last. Next year we are going to try Turbo Tax

I usually use h&r block online.
This year I did it, and it said I owed, so I re did them on tubotax online to verify. (And yes i still owe)Hr block online is soooo much more user friendly than turbotax!

I used to use turbotax. Now we have someone that does our taxes for us!

DH does the taxes, and he uses both H&R Block and TaxAct. Both came up with the same results but H&R Block was more user friendly.

Turbo tax. Have used it for years. We buy it at Costco usually.
