Has anyone's little one begun teething this early? What were the symptoms? TIA!!

YEP! He had two by a few days after his fourth month birthday. So during month three we had a lot of fussiness and poor sleep.

Mine didn't, but it's possible. My LO has been drooling like crazy since then, chewing since 4 months, and at 6 months still has no teeth!!
She did have a little white bump at that time, which could have been an Epstein's pearl..not sure.

I think LO started teething around 3 months. He was drooling like crazy and would stuff anything in his mouth. He started getting fussy while nursing at around 4.5 months and his two bottom teeth started cutting through a couple of days after 5 months.

My LO is almost 4 months and I keep thinking she's teething because she drools like crazy and chews on her hands all the time but when I run my finger around her gums I can't feel anything!

C started between 2-3 months, she had her first 2 at 4 months.

DS just turned 3 months and is drooling like a maniac and trying to chomp on everything he can get into his mouth. I don't see anything yet but I have a feeling we will see a tooth soon...

@oahujeni: same here! She just turned three months but has been drooling for a couple weeks now. She's gone from sucking her hand to chomping it and her appetite has been a little funky .., lots of latching on and off too. Her gums don't look swollen but I'm bracing myself ...

Lo's first two teeth popped in a little before she turned 4 months. She was drooly but didn't appear to be in pain.

My LO had her first tooth bang on four months so it could be teething, her symptoms were lots of drool, hand chewing, ear pulling / scratching, wicked nappy rash and an aversion to nursing. I could also see the teeth coming ten days before they actually cut.

@rrachael: that nursing behaviour definitely sounds like teething!

DS had lots of drooling around that time. He was always chewing on teething rings and sophie. He didn't cut teeth until he was 6 months.

My nephew's first tooth came in at 3 mo. Our LO is also drooling to the point where she soaks whatever she has on and is stuffing her dust in her mouth, but I don't see anything yet.
