J doesn't ever spit up/vomit but he has once a day the past 3 days. He hasn't gotten any new foods or anything strange. The only change is that his 4 top teeth are just starting to come thru. Could that somehow cause this? It's so strange! I'm worried about his poor belly no fever, still a strong appetite...
