We were pretty liberal with the tylenol as long as we had the OK from our doctor. Both my kids were early teethers (3.5 months and 3 months!) so tylenol was a pretty regular thing at bedtime... and once in the middle of the night... not ideal but sometimes it was the only thing that got them calm enough to be able to sleep more than 30 mins at a time!

@runsyellowlites: I did not know about Camilia with #1!!! We used it with #2 and it didn't seem to do anything when she was younger... but after she was a bit older and we hit another teething phase, I tried it again and it seemed to work great!!

@mrs. wagon: It's worked really great for P! I've only had to give a second dose a handful of times. We use their Cocyntal for tummy issues too (like if reintroducing something doesn't go well).

When fever sets in or when teething tablets alone don't cut it.
