@Pirouette: I forgot about something else! K's coming home outfit was a Preemie from BRU - FAO Schwarz line. I really loved it. So if you really need preemie size clothes, you can send someone to BRU and get a few from Carters and FAO Schwarz lines and just do laundry every day or two! We did the fold-down method on the diapers forever it seemed. Works just fine if the preemie diapers are super expensive!

As for sleep sacks and swaddles, really in the beginning, the cheaper swaddles that were smaller sized, worked better than the A&A. She couldn't really fit any of the sleep sacks, swaddleme, velcro ones for almost 2 months it seemed like.
