Okay. Apparently there is a nine month sleep regression. How long does it last? I know baby sleep is fluid, but H woke up EIGHT TIMES between 7:30 last night and 6:30 this morning. I am so freaking tired, I know I'm not going to be worth anything at work today (as evidenced by my posting on HB at 9:30 in the morning).
Is there anything I can do to help her? Just keep swimming?
