We are planning to put a changing pad on top of a low dresser as a changing table. Couple of questions about this, though--
-Is the wooden frame that goes around the changing pad necessary, nice to have, or totally unnecessary? (Like this set up: http://www.potterybarnkids.com/products/catalina-dresser-and-changing-table-topper/?pkey=bchanging-tables) Or is there a way to affix a changing pad to a regular dresser without the expensive wood piece?
-How high is your dresser/changing table set up? They seem to usually be around 30"-- is that a good height? I'm open to getting a non 'baby' dresser but am having a hard time figuring out what height is best.
Thanks!
