I'm starting to temp but next week, I'll be in a tropical destination. I'm guessing this might affect my body temperatures? What can I do?
Should I even bother or wait until April?

I don't think it will make a difference so I would start temping right away.

That shouldn't make a difference. Will there be no air conditioning? Regardless you should still be able to temp and see trends.

Agree w/ pp's. When I was temping some days I'd wake up a sweaty mess & my temp wasn't that different than mornings I woke up feeling "normal". Do make sure you use a BBT so that you have the added sensitivity, but it is worth getting a few cycles of temping in before you can really see your personal trends.
