Yesterday I posted a message on the Yelp talk boards about childcare option based on budget. I got a variety of snarky and judgy responses which I guess I wasn't ready for.
It just made me realize how wonderful the Hellobee boards have been and how nice and supportive everyone is on here.

Just reading the comment section on my local newspapers iPad app make me cringe. People are awful when they 'hide' behind a screen. HB is such a happy place

Yeah, every other board or even comment section makes me lose faith in humanity. Then I come here and my faith is restored. Love it here.

I agree, HB is very warm and comforting. I'm not sure why some people need to be so snarky and judgey.

Completely agree!!! Other message boards scare me!!! Alot of online people are huge smart asses and meanies!

I'm sorry to hear about your Yelp experience! I want to thank you for writing this post though. I had been lurking on the boards for a few months, and reading your post was one of a few things that made me realize I needed to stop lurking and finally join... Everyone always seems respectful and supportive; I didn't have any reason to be nervous to participate!

So true! I tried different baby communities before HB because they had apps for the iPhone. The mommies on there were so rude to each other. It was too much drama!
