@MrsA: I make mashed cauliflower/ potatoes mixed half and half for dinner most of the time but I would NEVER do it for Thanksgiving lol. They just don't fluff enough.
@honeybear: Wine... absolutely!! DH's family doesn't drink so dinner always feels a little off to me there. Both sides of my family serve drinks of some kind at every gathering so it was totally weird the first time I had a holiday with them.

Beyond that, I don't really care. A Greenberg's smoked turkey is a nice to have, as is a honey-baked ham, but the green beans are "required". Of course, none of those 3 things will be on my in-law's table next month...
