So after years of resisting anymore store cards, BabyGap GOT ME today! I was there to buy a birthday gift for a friend's kid, saw the "additional 40% off" today, bought some Xmas gifts for BFF's LO, and of course some cute stuff for Shopaholic Baby...
Then I was told about the Tuesday discount and the opening a new card discount, etc. and now I am the proud owner of a GAP card. 
hahaha!
It's okay though because even though I'm not a GAP/Banana shopper, Baby Shopaholic's closet is already at LEAST 50% Baby Gap so I guess I will become a "Tuesday Shopper"!

I looooove baby gap. They have the cutest classic looking baby clothes. A bit rich for my blood most of the time, but they have amazing sales.
I shop for my own clothes at the gap a lot too though

I'm planning on getting a gap card too! They have really good discounts for card members. I always see 30% discounts only for members. I'm also thinking about getting a Nordstrom's card since I shop there alot. Free alterations and you get nordstrom's notes!

You will find yourself shopping more at the Gap brands once you get the card... They make it too easy

@banana: The Nordstrom card is one of only two other (well, now 3) "store" cards I kept. It's worth the notes and customer service for me! They will even look up items on your card if you lost your receipt, etc.

@T-Mom: Yeah, I keep reading about ALL the extra discounts and when I've gone into Baby Gap or Old Navy they're always telling me I could save an extra this and that if I had the card. So now I do! We'll see what all the savings are!

@banana: The only other store card I have is for TJMaxx/HomeGoods/Marshalls stores. I shop there A LOT for everything and anything and you get $10 certificate to use for every $200 you spend!

@shopaholic: Oh man! I shop there all the time too! sigh. I love Homegoods. I can't walk away from that store without buying something. Oh wait! If I shop at Nordstorm Rack, do I get free alterations and Nordstrom's notes too? I shop at the Rack all the time!

@banana: Yes to the Nordstrom notes. I love to shop the Rack more often than the main store even! IDK about the alterations because I think I'm at level II or level III and it's complimentary regardless. It works in the cafe/restaurant too! Even on double/triple point days! * Now if only they would give me points for Hautelook too! (it's owned by Nordstroms)
