Okay this is one of my FAVORITE books growing up and I found it at the library and got it for LO. She LOVES it, we read it 3x a night. I had to laugh though that there is a little line in there about "a trail of horses bones" I feel like this line would NEVER fly in a children's book nowadays. Anyone else know and love the book?

I love it! One of my favourites. I should start reading it to my son, I bet he'd love the dragon, and how she calls the prince a bum at the end. At my office this year there was a woman in a really great Paper Bag Princess costume.

Ha! I remember loving this book as a child but I couldn't remember the story. I looked it up just now. I love it. I want to get it for DS.

I never read it as a kid but did at a camp I worked at in college and I love it. My friend (who I met at said camp) gave it to my LO when she was born. We haven't read it lately but she is ready for the longer books now I think.

Love it. One of my students even gave a copy to me as a present after we read it in class and I told them it was a favorite. 5th graders are sweet.

It's a hit in our house. My 2 year old loves it when she calls Ronald a bum.
