We moved our daughter to her new daycare in January. It's a great center where most of the teachers have higher education. The negative thing we are finding is sometimes those teachers get better offers....like from our local school system. My daughter's teacher is leaving for a great job as a special ed teacher in our local school system. I'm so happy for her but so disappointed for my kid, she loves that teacher so much.

Related - the director called me today to tell me personally about the teacher leaving. She suggested moving our daughter up to the 3's Preschool room the next week. So, they'll move her up 2 months before her 3rd birthday. I am thinking it's a good idea. What do you think?

Notes: my kid hates change. They can transition slowly. She already gets to spend some time with the 3's teachers, one of whom always asks me when she's going to get to have her in her classroom. She can be transitioned with her friend from her class. All of these things make me want to do it.
