is waking up and checking your bag and finding yesterday's pumped milk still sitting there...i just had to throw out EVERYTHING I pumped at work yesterday because I forgot to refrigerate it!!! UGHHHHHHH, so frustrating!

@septca: yes - i don't refrigerate at work, just put the milk in a tupperware with an ice pack, so it hadn't been properly refrigerated for a while. I made DH throw it out so i didn't have to haha

@Emsmems: of course that was the day! ugh i've been pumping so little at work and finally got in a good week of pumping, so while it wasn't the most ever, it was still a really solid day
