It's funny because most the things I say I won't do, I try so hard to get my LO to do and then she doesn't want to do anyway.

I said no paci, then I tried so hard to give her one and she refused. I said no tv until she's two, then I try so hard to get her to watch when I have a migraine to give me a break but she refuses!

Haha ditto to @artbee: on the paci! I swore up and down I wouldn't give him one, then when out of desperation I tried to give him one he wouldn't take it!

My big thing was co-sleeping. I swore up and down I would never bring my baby into bed with us, but his refusal to sleep anywhere but in my arms and my desperate need to sleep (I was falling asleep sitting up nursing him) led to us co-sleeping (half the night now).

umm..just went and bought the summer infant co-sleeper for our bed.

Co-bedding for sure. I swore baby would never be allowed to sleep with us. I bite my tongue on that now. The four month sleep regression keeeeeeeled me, and she was nursing so much at night I just plopped her next to me and shoved my boob in her mouth every time she made a peep. 8 months next week and she is happily STTN in her crib every night. Turns out bedsharing isn't the worst thing ever in the world.

I thought for sure DS would be in his crib from day 1.
He slept in his bassinet until 10 weeks. His grunting finally pushed me over the edge to putting him in his own room- we all get so much more sleep now.
