Has anyone tried using Thinx (or other period underwear - I have been scrolling through options on Amazon) for occasional incontinence? I can manage through light leakage from time to time when I cough or sneeze, but sometimes I can't get through a treadmill run or a high impact class without pretty much peeing my pants. (Other days those things are no problem, so who knows what gives.)

After really having to take it easy during a BodyCombat class tonight, I am fed up and thinking about getting some absorbent underwear to wear when I workout. Any experiences?
