it's a photo of a baby (framed) being held by the baby's mom. the framed photo, not the actual baby. then someone took a picture of the mom holding this framed photo, and framed that. then grandma is holding that framed photo - the framed photo of mom holding framed photo of baby. and finally, great-grandma is holding a framed photo of grandma holding a framed photo of mom holding a framed photo of baby. lol.
