So my maternity leave is sadly coming to an end in 2 weeks. I'm having a really hard time accepting this. I had to go into work today and create my schedule so my patient's can get in there before I get back. I was hanging out in my office with a couple coworkers and another coworker came to my door with one of my patients saying she heard my voice. The girl began to cry and told me what a horrible day she had and it made her feel so much better seeing me. I never thought I would get that kind of a response but it truly showed me how much of an impact I have on these kiddo's and while leaving my LO is going to be hard it feels good to know these kid's need me too.
