Not entirely. With my miscarriage I had sore boobs (but only nipples) and felt shaky and tired. I miscarried early though at like 5.5 weeks. With my current baby I was really hungry right away and got sore boobs but all over/ the sides. I wasnt particularly tired at first but was crampy. I didn't feel nauseous with either pregnancy.

I miscarried really early so it's hard for me to say. But I did feel the exact same during the TWW with both pregnancies. Super sore boobs, random waves of nausea, and bad gas and bloating in the mornings. Good luck!

Mine were completely different. With the miscarried pregnancy, I had no symptoms other than some cramping. For this pregnancy, I had pretty much every symptom possible... and immediately.

I had some of the same symptoms, but looking back they just felt different. My miscarried pregnancy, I only had mild nausea, was ravenously thirsty, had mildly tender breasts, was pretty tired. I miscarried at 11 weeks.
With my current pregnancy, I was super nauseous and feeling very pregnant by 11 weeks, while the first time around I really didn't. With the exception of fatigue, its like the symptoms I had with my first were so watered down compared to the second time around.

We're only 6 weeks now, but the symptoms are so much stronger this time. I've got sore breasts, morning sickness, and some exhaustion (comes and goes). Before it was the tiredness and tenderness only.

@artbee: maybe! But I think I'm only 4 dpo so it's either entirely in my head, or I ovulated earlier than I thought!!

@MaisyMay: that's interesting since our mc's were so similar, and those are the same symptoms I had too! Just tired and tenderness. Weird. Hopefully when I get pregnant again I'll have the full gamut

@sslm: The month before the first time I got pregnant I also had some crazy symptoms that were all in my head. Of course I convinced myself that I was pregnant, and then the second month TTC I made sure not to do that and thought no way was I pregnant, and I was. Hoping you ovulated early!

Since I'm having twins this time around I think it is hard to compare. I will say that when I had symptoms in mt TWW I knew what they were so it didn't scare me.

@Ms.SK: congrats on the twins! So you had the same symptoms during the TWW? How long after your mc did you conceive?

Second time around, my first noticeable symptom was a metallic taste in my mouth... I don't know if I had that the first time. And of course, vague nausea which to me always felt like a mild hangover.

I wouldn't say the symptoms were the same during TWW because the first time I didn't have any symptoms early but they were similar just earlier. This time my breasts hurt and I never had that before. We got pregnant this time 15 months after the miscarriage.

With my miscarriage I was bloated and crampy, my boobs were a little sore.
With my last pregnancy I was starving, very sore boobs and very bloated, not crampy.

I looked back through my notes, and I'm having similar signs this TWW as when I got my BFP. Someone please prevent me from reading too much into this!!!
