I think these questions are all related to employers looking for employees that are looking for more than just a j-o-b. They are looking for someone with passion for the potential position and who wants to be a "long-term solution."
I couldn't tell if you were posting the questions from the article or if I was supposed to answer them? In my defense, I haven't had my coffee yet.

@Mrs. Lemon-Lime: I start a new job in a couple of weeks. I was asked similar questions, such as What attracted you to this position? & Describe your perfect day at work & How would your co-workers describe you?
1. What will you love about this job? I will love the fact that I get to spend the day doing one of the things I love to do most, which is writing.
2. Tell me about your best day at work. What made it so great? My best day at work would be one where I spend part of the day out of the office interviewing residents and/or employees or covering an event.
3. What would your coworkers say is the most annoying thing about working with you? That I am a stickler for style and branding, no double space after a period, using serial commas is a must, quotes in the form "he said" not "said he," etc.

1. What will you love about this job? I will love the fact that every day is different and there is a variety of tasks that differ day to day.
2. Tell me about your best day at work. What made it so great? My best day at work include the days when I finish a big project, ahead of deadline, and it is successful. Nothing feels as good as knowing you accomplished what you set out to do.
3. What would your coworkers say is the most annoying thing about working with you? I think my most annoying habit in my current position is my need to be as efficient as possible, I'm not the type of person who second guesses or sits and ponders too long. I like to make a plan and set out to accomplish it, this tends to differ from my current coworker who likes to in my opinion over-analyze each ask causing it to take longer. I'm known as the project manger who is given the projects the company needs done quick and correctly.

Man these are hard. I could not answer these about my current job without lying through my teeth.
And i have no idea what's annoying about me, honestly. Sometimes i lean too heavily on email instead of phone calls (which I do to cover my own ass when I'm giving instructions at work) and sometimes older coworkers do not like that. Maybe that i'm pregnant and constantly eating. Or I type loud as shit. I feel like that's one of those questions that trap you. You can SAY "i'm a perfectionist" but in reality, nobody wants to work with you then because it reads as "i'm an anal a-hole"! Tricky tricky. Everyone has their quirks, though.

@blackbird: BHAHAHA me too, and it's creepy after I answered these, I was contacted by a recruiter for a job opportunity...a very ideal/lucrative opportunity and she seems very eager that I would be "perfect and right at home." Now how to go about explaining I'm 1 month out from delivery...and not ruin my chance at this job! ha

@LuLu Mom: creepy!!! But hey, a 4 month start time may not be a big deal. Lord knows sometkmes paperwork takes just that long!

@blackbird: @LuLu Mom: I interviewed in October for the job I start in March. One month out from delivery may be perfectly alright for this job! Good luck.
@Mrs. Lemon-Lime: thanks!
