I consider myself thrifty because I find high quality items for a great price. However, I know a lot of people personally who are cheap, meaning they get the lowest quality item they can find to save money. Where do you fall in this category?

Neither. I occasionally buy stuff on sale but I don't bargain shop! I need to start!

A little of both? There are things I go cheap on and things I am thrifty about.

I am so cheap! It is harder to be thrifty more than cheap when you are poor lol...

I'm cheap when it's something I don't care about or if it's something that won't get much use. Case in point: our garden wheelbarrow. We could have paid $200 for a "name brand" wheelbarrow but like I told DH, it's not like we intend to hand it down to our kids one day! Plus we don't have acreage, so it's not like we'll use it that often. Another example: my sewing machine. It's multicolored stripes from an unknown brand. I only bought it because it was on sale and I needed to trim our curtains and it's kinda cute
Things we actually use, I'm willing to pay for or I'll wait for a sale.

I like to think I'm thrifty. My husband keeps me from being cheap.

Definitely thrifty; being cheap often costs a lot more in the long run than buying more expensive but better quality things to begin with!
That said, I'm not especially thrifty either haha but not cheap.

i depends the product. for example, i'm definitely cheap when it comes to clothes, target, forever 21 is most of my clothes - but if it's electronics, i'm not cheap or thrifty.

I'm not cheap at all, I believe if you buy cheaply you'll spend more in the long run because you'll be replacing it more often.
I'm pretty thrifty, I hate to pay full price. I look for the highest quality and the best price.

I am super thrifty. My parents hated it growing up and my husband hates it now. But I always come home with sweet deals. Like today for example. My husband wanted homer simpson slippers black friday, I think they were like 15.00 but they were sold out. Well today at the thrift store I spotted the exact slippers and they look brand new and were $2. So I picked them up and my husband was not impressed. Oh well.

Thrifty. I'm always hunting for bargains rather than buy the temporary, cheaper item if I can help it. Yesterday I got an $84 calphalon knife for $8! It was half off at BBB, and I stacked a 20% off coupon bringing it down to $33. Then I used a $25 gc from DH's work to bring the total to $8! Super proud of my bargain.

Mostly thrifty but sometimes cheap if I know it's something that won't get much use.

I'd say thrifty - if I find a great bargain at Nordstrom Rack I want to tell everyone, haha
But I'm also an impulse shopper, not so thrifty

I am definitely both! I don't have to have the best of the best, and will settle for a lesser quality (in most cases). I don't worry about name brands or anything like that.

I would like to say "thrifty" because I love to get a good deal on great quality stuff. But I still shop too much so I know I'm still "spendy" too.
