LO has tiny acne-like bumps all over his body. Some are white, most are flesh-colored. I've mentioned it to my ped and she just thinks it's dry skin. But it seems to be getting worse not better. I think it might be a product sensitive and/or dry skin. (My skin is really sensitive too.) it does not bother him and he does not have a fever. Based on pictures, I don't think it's eczema because its not scaly.

I use California baby shampoo/body wash and lotion. I use Kirkland free and clear detergent. And I've been using aquaphor the last couple of days to help.
