I think diet and exercise are huge factors! Not sure exactly what though, honestly.

On days where I exercise in the morning I'm in fire all day long, if I skip it I drag. I think the endorphins from exercise go a LONG way

I wish I had the answer! I notice when I eat large meals I am more sluggish as compared to when I eat smaller meals more often.

Excercise, a light breakfast and vitamins in the morning! If I skip any of those I'm dragging by mid afternoon.

As @mrbee: said, Vit D is a major factor for me as well.
Also, exercise helps.

Coffee. Lots of it.
Jk. Probably diet and exercise.

I third vitamin D and I also find B12 helps (although I know my levels are low), a lot of these things require other nutrients to be absorbed properly so I, do make sure I take a good vitamin to cover my bases.
I am still a work in progress in this realm too, I don't know if it increases energy but I find it helpful not to overestimate what can be accomplished in an hour or a day. Also, taking five minutes to sit down and mentally check in goes a long way- do I need a snack? Water? What else do I need to do? I guess that mostly helps me make the most of my energy.

A good multi-vitamin and exercise (even just a brisk 30 minute walk can do wonders!).

Excersise for sure, even just going for a walk. If your iron is low, supplements are amazing.
