My gran has terminal cancer and has taken a turn for the worse. I want to fly back to the UK with A next Monday night to say my goodbyes and so A can meet her but because of visa issues, DH can't come.

We'll only be there for 2 nights, plus an overnight flight there and a day time flight back. Each flight is about 7 hours.

She is breastfed and I will wear her because I couldn't manage a stroller or car seat by myself as well as her and luggage.

My dad can get me from the airport with a carseat and I'll order a cheap travel crib online and get it delivered to my mum's.

Any tips for how to cope on the flight? Should I try keep her on Eastern time since it's such a short visit? Should I take baby meds in my hand luggage?
