I cannot stop losing weight. Hold the judgment, please.
I'm almost 15 below my healthy weight (pre-pregnancy weight). I've been trying to eat more (it's hard to remember when chasing a LO all day) but aside from junk food and fast food - which I am not *opposed* to - is there a healthier way to put on some pounds?
I'm seriously tired of the comments from family
eta: culprits are partly my metabolism, partly stress/anxiety, and part just forgetting to eat.
