When I pump without nursing I barely get anything. But if I pump while nursing I can get up to 4oz. Not much but better than nothing.
But pumping while nursing is very awkward and sometimes really frustrates my daughter. Doesn't help that she's on a day time nursing strike this week!
Any tips to make pumping while nursing easier?

@chopsuey119: Yup.
I try using both pumps to "simulate" and it helps but not to the extent of her sucking while I pump the other side.
I get driplets if I pump without her nursing. I might get a good pump in during the morning. And if my boobs are starting to get hard.

@regberadaisy: did you figure his out? I can imagine having a wiggly newborn on one side would make it difficult to pump on the other at the same time!
