So my husband has been having a lot of trouble sleeping lately, and I feel so badly for him! I've never had much trouble sleeping (so long as a kid wasn't screaming at me) so it is hard for me to relate or brainstorm.

He has no trouble at all falling asleep, but staying asleep is hard for him. He's been waking up 2-3 times overnight and said it takes him 10+ min to fall back asleep. Then he wakes for the day 1-2 hours before he has to be up and can't get back to sleep. He said he isn't feeling stressed or up thinking about any particular thing when he is up. He also doesn't drink any caffeine ever. He said he doesn't want to take sleeping pill type stuff because he doesn't think that is good sleep.

Any tips for staying asleep? Or getting back to sleep quickly when you wake in the early morning hours?
