I'm hoping to throw DD1 a 4th birthday party at an outside venue inviting her friends from daycare. I've never thrown one before so what are some things to keep in mind / consider?

Things I'm thinking about are if set up / clean up time is part of party time. If we have private use of the whole space. They provide food or outside food. Food for adults.
