I drink mainly water. I can't drink caffeine because it gives me headaches. It's too hot for hot tea and I usually don't drink caffeinated drinks because they cause my stomach to swell (a side effect of a hematoma during gall bladder surgery). I have coconut water that I use in my smoothies but I don't think I'll be able to drink a lot of that. Does anyone have any ideas to spice up water or other healthy drinks?
