I'm on day 2 of my period and it has been achy all day ? Not like a sharp pain but a dull uncomfortable ache. Esp when standing. I've never felt like this before ?? Anyone ??

Yup. And it sucks! I only ever got it after being pregnant. Now since I'm pregnant again it's 10 times worse. I told my OB I felt like I was kicked in the crotch. She said that since I had a baby something about veins and swelling and discomfort. I forgot the exact words she used but apparently it's normal.

And pregnancy is just sounding more and more glamorous, lol.
Can you take some Advil or something to help? That sounds painful!

I get that when my period is really heavy- usually day 2. My doc has always said it is normal, and just so much blood flow going on that it is sensitive and enflamed.

Yes also only since pregnancy, the day before period to day 2 or so.

I sometimes got that feeling prior to pregnancy, like my vag had a truck drive through it. Glad to know it's normal.

I get it every single period. Like a head ache in my vagina.

Yup! Normal. It feels like my vagina is gonna fall off!

I get that sometimes on the first few (heavy) days of my period. I hate that feeling!!

I haven't gotten my first post partum period yet, but this thread is making me hope it continues to stay away for a looooong time.

I had it before I was pregnant and it hurts!!! I feel like a weight is pulling down from my vajayjay.
