🤔 I say you should wear what is comfortable and what makes you feel beautiful. The dress is flattering and, while it would look spectacular with black nylons and a pair of heels (closed toe , peep toe , whatever), if you wouldn't be comfortable in it - go without and focus on a long statement necklace 📿 to add flair. You will look great.

If you have time to stop at Target or Walgreens or something, they make open toed tights! Personally I feel weird not wearing them at this time of year, but if you feel ick wearing them, I doubt anyone would notice your bare legs!

As long as you won’t freeze, I think it’s totally fine to skip the stockings or tights. I do think the shoes look kind of summery though. I’m not sure where you are located- I’m in New England and you would be crazy to wear sandals like that today, it’s in the 30s out mid day. That said, I don’t think people will give much thought to your outfit, but they WILL notice if you look comfortable and like you are having a good time, or if you look uncomfortable and are tugging at your tights and don’t look happy. So I strongly vote go with what’s comfortable.

I never wear tights - I don't care how cold it is! They're uncomfortable to me and I can never find shoes that look good with them.

@Ajsmommy: No, no, they’re different than footless - they literally are just missing the toes, so you can wear peep toe. They stop right under the toe strap of the sandal. I will look for the link for you! They’re a great solution for weird shoe dilemmas!

I know you said you don't like close-toed shoes, but I'd do the footless tights with booties.
