We used the saline mist spray when she was little and super congested (really helps loosen everything so they can blow their nose). And we still used the nose frida at bedtime when she was little).

I remember practicing with LO to teach her to blow her nose. She would just mimic me taking a deep breath of air (basically filling my mouth with air with the exaggerated blown up cheeks) and then keeping my mouth closed and blowing the air out through my nose. After a few times she got it and we didn't need to do the exaggerated intake of air
