Is there such a thing? Like we have face cream that has SPF built in that's safe to wear all day?

Not sure, but a lot of kids sunscreens are also pretty moisturizing and should work for the face almost like a lotion?

Not sure, too, but we just use Aveeno kids sunscreen all summer.

I have one, but it's not available in the US, it's a Nivea Baby Wind and Weather cream for the face with SPF.
It sent me on a hunt to find something in the US and I couldn't come up with anything specific to kids, but I have also used my facial moisturizer with SPF by nuetrogena on my son's face.
