My LO is 20 months old and has started frquently shrugging her shoulders. We can't tell if it's voluntary or involuntary, but she does it frequently enough that other people notice it. The only time I consistently notice it is when she's impatient for something (ie waiting for dinner to be done). She's been doing it a lot the last few days, but we moved this weekend so lots of changes and anxiety I'm sure. I emailed her doc and he said it could be a voluntary behavior, or a tic. He said even if it's a tic it's nothing to be too concerned about as tics come and go in children. He suggested trying to get it on video and bringing it in to show him if she seems to be getting worse.

Does anyone else's LO do this?
