My 18 month old has always loved her daycare, she has been going since she was 12 weeks old to a center-based place. Her infant teacher actually moved up with her to toddlers, so its been a pretty consistent group of people for her.

Lately she suddenly has become super clingy at drop off, and screams hysterically when I leave. Today it escalated to the point where she started crying like crazy before we even got to her room, and then she was just trying so hard to get out of the room.

I'm hoping this is just a phase, but it worries me that maybe something else is going on and she can't tell me yet. Any similar experiences / advice?
