Hellobee Boards

We have a couple of LL Bean quarter zip fleece jackets. They are so thin, and lightweight but really warm. We used them last year, too. They are somewhat expensive, but I find that they run big and the sizes can last a while. For example, P was wearing 3-6 months early last winter. Then we got 12-18 in the early spring, and she can still wear them now (even though almost all the rest of her clothes are 2T). If she happens to have a growth spurt, I will send them your way

What is a down sweater coat? We use fleece...we have a 3 in 1 coat with a fleece inner layer and a rainproof outerlayer.

I think we're doing a wool peacoat. I've been doing some research and I've read that they are generally okay as long as they aren't too big in size.

We have a nice woll peacoat that lays flat that we will use for when she's outside of extended periods of time, and I plan on keeping a puffer coat in the car in case of car troubles. The only time she's outside is from the daycare driveway to the the door, so very limited exposure to the cold. More of a percaution since our car is in the garage and warm when we get in it (both home and at work.)
