This is one of my all time favorite tofu recipes

Im a vegetarian and love tofu but not always in Asian food. This is a non-Asian way to make it that's really yummy! You can use any sides with it, not just these. We've had it with buffalo wing sauce too, or siracha mayo

@Mrs. Jacks: Sooo yum!! It's the way we eat tofu the most often now. Dh says it's easy too (he's our cook )

olive also loves it just boiled (soft tofu), and dipped in a combo of soy sauce, sesame oil and water. the soy sauce is salty so i dilute it with water.
